The presidential villa at L'acqua Viva Resort and Spa, is located close to the pool area, and it is surrounded by part of the private forest preserve in the community. This Villa has a total area of 229 sq meters (2467 sq feet). On the first floor, the guest can enjoy a living room and a TV room both furnished with comfortable couches and designed chairs. The fully equipped kitchen and a dinner area are also located on this floor. Two main rooms each with its own private bathroom and closet, king sized bed, desk and balcony are located on the second floor.
