Nosara Beaches close to L'acqua Viva Hotel
Just a few minutes from L'acqua Viva Hotel you have the chance to experience the beauties and unique characteristics of different Nosara beaches with a paradisiacal atmosphere, and a very low development profile, that preserves the area more clean and pristine.
Playa Pelada - ± 800 MTRS a wonderful white sand beach. Their clean and pristine beaches have received the Blue Flag which is a special mention for all the cleanest beaches in Costa Rica.
Also you can enjoy the natural action of the waves, and see some caves that have been hollowed out of rock outcrops. The high tide can be dangerous for their rip-tides, please take care especially with your kids.
Playa Guiones - ± 1 KM is only a short walk from Playa Pelada. Their beautiful white sand and wonderful waves match the perfect combination for surfers, also most of the services (restaurants-bars) are located close to this beach.
Playa Nosara - ± 4 KM is a gray sand beach on the north side of the Nosara River. It is surrounded by impressive biodiversity that makes it an ideal place to explore.
Playa Ostional - ± 8 KM only 15-20 minutes drive you can have the unique experience to be at the second most important nesting beach in the world of the Olive Ridley (Lora) and Leatherback (Baula) turtles. During the "arribadas", thousands of turtles cover the beach.
