Cancelation Policies
1. All reservations, changes or cancellations must be received in written form, preferably by our website, email or fax.
2. Reservations’ department will receive the request and send it back by the same method, not later than 24 hours, and will include the payment time limit. After the specified time limit, the hotel cannot guarantee the space, if payment has not been made. Only confirmations on behalf of the hotel in written form will be valid.
3. Additional person/ same room add an extra charge, according to rates’ chart and include breakfast.
4. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room (3 adults and 1 child) depending on the room category and bedding.
5. Check In and Check Out hours. Check in is at 2:00pm while check out is at noon (12 o’clock). If guests check out after 2:00pm the hotel will charge the 50% of one night rate per unit.
6. Children under 12 years old do not pay if they stay with an adult in a room (max. 2) and breakfast will be included. Children are not allowed to stay in a room alone.
7. Special requests for specific units cannot be guaranteed. The hotel assures the requested unit type or a superior one.
8. The hotel does not admit reservations for peak dates made more than 12 months in advance. Such requests will be considered by the sales and marketing department individually and a different rate might apply.
9. No pets are allowed, except for guidance dogs, and it must be indicated as the room request is made.
