The Nosara Guest Book - L'acqua Viva
• Recently I had the pleasure of staying at L’acqua Viva resort for the second time. I was there Nov. 13 – 16 and back in August (I believe the reservation was under Scott Goodman). L’acqua Viva is a wonderful place to stay—just beautiful.
Being in the hospitality industry myself I felt compelled to let you know what a wonderful staff you have. Everyone from the desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and ground staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I have never stayed anywhere with such accommodating employees. We were greeted by name and if the employee didn’t know our names they asked. Everyone and everything was exceptional!

• I also wanted to pay my highest compliments to one of your staff member –Andreas.
Andreas took the time to get to know us, shake our hand every time he saw us and generally made our stay at your hotel that much better. All your staff were lovely and friendly, but for us, Andreas really stood out.
He was our waiter for our candlelit dinner for two. Out on the jetty by your pool and statue and he did an amazing job. It was just like a dream with all those candles he set up.
After travelling all over the world and from working in hospitality myself I am accustomed to providing great customer service and receiving it and he really did deserve an extra mention, have taken the time out to write this email.

Quiero extender mis mas sinceros agradecimientos y asi mismo extender mis felicitaciones por la excelente calidad del servicio, infrastrucutra, calidad culinaria y asi mismo el excelente servicio al cliente que tienen todos los empleados con los que tuvimos la oportunidad de compartiar durante nuestra estadia alla. Asi mismo quiero extender mis recomendaciones a todas las personas que estén a mi alcance para poder comentar lo agusto que nos sentimos durante nuestra luna de miel la semana pasada. Este hotel esta a un nivel de calidad que puede darse a competir con cadenas como radisson, hilton, marriot y por nombrar algunas.
