Ostional National of Wildlife Refuge (RNVSO), was Protected Area in 1982, has an extension of 8352 hectares (terrestrial 352 and 8000 Maritimes), including a coastal strip of 200 meters wide from Punta India to Punta Guiones (14 kilometers).
